Waiver of Liability

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY 
In consideration of the risk of injury while participating in adaptive yoga (the "Activity"), and as consideration for the right to participate in the Activity, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives, knowingly and voluntarily enter into this waiver and release of liability and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of my participation in the Activity, and do hereby release and forever discharge Jennifer Atkins, affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, for any physical or psychological injury, that I may suffer as a direct result of my participation in the aforementioned Activity, including traveling to and from an event related to this Activity.  

​NON COMPETITION 
All logos, images, blogs, videos, flows, processes, movement, classes, and other information in our program are the registered and unregistered copyrights, trademarks, service marks, and proprietary information (collectively, “Intellectual Property”) of Adaptive Yoga Specialist LLC or contracted third parties. By participating in our program, you agree not to record any class or session in any way, download any videos, take photos during sessions, make copies of any materials, or otherwise take or copy any Intellectual Property outside of the specified and purchased uses. You agree not to use or repurpose anything that you learn from Adaptive Yoga Specialist LLC for economic gain in any way. You agree to only utilize and participate in our programs for personal use. I hereby hold harmless, and release Adaptive Yoga Specialist, LLC from all liability, petitions, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representative, executors, administrators, or any other persons may make while acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate. I warrant that I am of the age of consent (18 years or older) and that I am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release before signing below and I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this release.
