This week I published the long awaited Adaptive Yoga Specialist (AYS) Video On-Demand page! Another resource for people to access quality AYS programming.
Over the last few years I've heard too many times from potential clients that they are either not comfortable with Zoom virtual classes, or the live class times don't work for their schedules. This is my best answer to them.
With this subscription you can now access a library of dozens of quality AYS classes, wherever you are, whenever you want. And there will be more videos added to the library every month! Many of the recordings include enhanced guided relaxations at the end - a favorite part of each class for many participants.
