Take A Minute To Breathe

We all need to take a minute, or more, everyday to stop, notice and breathe.

With intention and some discipline we can do this anytime, anywhere. But I find it helps to briefly disconnect from our present moment experience to reset and renew. I created this short video from nature to help us achieve that - anytime, anywhere.
